Jasper Police continue to seek the public’s assistance as officers look into the burglary of a local business late last week.

Police say one or more individuals forced their entry into the Soap Opera Laundry on the 200 block of West 42nd street on Jasper’s northside  sometime between 5:30 Thursday evening and 8:30 Friday morning. Police say an undisclosed amount of money was taken during the break-in.

Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to call Jasper police at 812-482-2255 or the department’s anonymous tip line: 812-481-COPS.
