2024 Scholarship Recipients Announced by Dubois County Community Foundation Indiana DNR Holding Summer S’mores Contest Indiana Arts Commission Awards $15,745 to Jasper Community Arts ISP Offers School Bus Safety For Drivers Huntingburg Police Honor 20-Year Force Veteran

The 2016 Dubois County 4-H Queen and Teen Miss were crowned in a ceremony that took place at the Jasper High School gym Sunday afternoon.

The pageant was sponsored by the Dubois County 4-H Council.

This year’s queen is Jessica Hilsmeyer. She is the daughter of Karen and Terry Hilsmeyer.

First runner up was Kelly Vonderheide, the daughter of Gerald and Glenda Vonderheide of Jasper.

2nd runner up was Brianna Lammers the daughter of Brian and Ann Lammers of Huntingburg.

And 3rd runner up was Nicole Epple the daughter of John Epple and Sharon Epple of St. Anthony.

Miss Congeniality was awarded to Melanie Roberts, the daughter of Lisa Shipman and Chad Roberts of French Lick.

And finally Elizabeth Huebner the daughter of Linda and Allen Huebener of French Lick was named Miss Photogenic.
TEEN MISS

In the Teen Miss contest, Jaylyn Giesler the daughter of Jay and Dawn Giesler of Huntingburg was named the 2016 Teen Miss while Katelyn Tretter the daughter Scott and Theresa Tretter of Ferdinand was 1st runner up.
The 2016 Dubois County 4H Fair kicks off on Friday.
