The Dubois County Motorcycle Club will be hosting its Fourth Annual Strassenfest Backyard Cook-Off Saturday, August 6th by the Schaeffer Barn off of Fourth Street behind the Riverwalk Gazebo.
Sign in will begin at 6 am.
All chilli recipes are welcomed. Spare or St. Louis Ribs will be barbecued; no baby backs. Chicken legs and thigh quarters also will be barbecued.
Individual fee for the chilli, ribs and chicken catagories are 30-dollars. Advanced entry must be recieved by July 29th.
All proceeds will go to Toys for Tikes. The sponsors are Tom’s Lawn and Garden and caual Home Furniture.
