Jasper based Kimball International has announced the appointment of Charles Bastien to the position of Vice President of Sales for Kimball Hospitality.
Bastien will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams and is accountable for developing the appropriate strategies, goals and measures to achieve profitable growth.
His focus will be on strengthening and broadening relationships in the hospitality market.
In a release Kimball Hospitality President Kourtney Smith says she’s confident that Bastien’s strong achiever pattern, strategic mindedness and passion for developing strong teams, position the company well to elevate their brand to new levels.
Bastien brings a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and over 20 years of executive sales and marketing leadership.
During his career, Bastien has led key growth initiatives within Philips Hospitality, Simmons Bedding, Mantua Manufacturing and most recently, Tempur Sealy Bedding.
His responsibilities spanned North America and several global assignments.
Bastien and his family will be relocating to the Jasper area soon.
