Saturday, October 29 the Dubois County Solid Waste District will be supplying maps, trash bags, gloves and litter grabbers to volunteers who would like to help in this years Dubois County Creek Sweep.
The days events will start with registration and doghnuts beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Dubois Co. SWCD facility, located at 1103 S 350 W, Jasper, Indiana. Prizes for the day of fun and healthly earth living will be awarded at 11:30 a.m.
To ensure that there will be pleanty of supplies on hand for the days events be sure to RSVP by contacting Dubois Co. SWCD at 812-482-1171 ext. 3 or by e-mail at judi.brown@in.nacdnet.net.
The first 50 to register will receive a $10 voucher for recycling or disposal of items brought to the Process Center within 30 days of Creek Sweep.
