Perry County Memorial Hospital will begin open enrollment for Health Exchange beginning Nov. 1 through Jan. 31, 2017.

Two certified Indiana navigators will be available to the community free of charge. Health exchange is a government-regulated marketplace of insurance plans with different levels of coverage, offered to individuals and families without health care or to small companies.

Perry County Memorial Hospital Certified Indiana Navigators will advise and help consumers make health insurance purchase decisions by providing help for people enrolling in coverage through the health insurance exchange.

Dates and locations hospital specialists will be available beginning the first week of November include:

• Perry County Memorial Hospital – beginning November 1st Monday-Friday 8:00-3:30

• Tell City Public Library – every Wednesday from 9:00-1:00

• Table of Blessings – 1st Thursday of the month from 4:45-6

• Leopold Clinic – 1st Monday of the month beginning Nov. 14th from 9 to 11 a.m.

• Cotton Mill Apartments – Nov . 15 and Dec. 15 from 9 to 11 a.m.
