Douglas K. Cannon, age 63, of Loogootee, Indiana passed away at 2:15 a.m. CDT on Tuesday (December 27, 2016) at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

Douglas was born in Washington, Indiana, on April 1, 1953, to Harold K. and Anna F. (Butcher) Cannon.

He was a 1971 graduate of Loogootee High School.

He was a body shop manager for Bob Lueguers Motors in Jasper, Indiana.

He was a member of the Loogootee V.F.W Auxiliary Post #9395, the Loogootee Sons of the American Legion Post #120, and a life member of the NRA.

He enjoyed hunting, and watching and attending NASCAR races.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

Private services will be held at a later date.
