Clay St. from 2nd St. to Wernsing Rd.
4th St. from Clay St. to Saint John
4th St. from Mill St. to the Riverwalk
Riverwalk parking area off of 4th St. under water
Cathy Lane and Kellerville Rd.
South Newton from 2nd St. 3rd Ave.
Officials with the city would like to make the public aware that anyone driving through these closed portions of roadways will receive a citation.
