This is a reminder that the spring installment of property taxes are due today, Wednesday, May 10th, 2017.

If you have not already taken care of them already payment for property taxes may be sent delivered in person to the Treasurer’s Office or placed in the night deposit box located on the corner of the Annex Building at Sixth and Jackson Streets in Jasper.

If a taxpayer would like a receipt returned to them, they must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their payment.

The treasurers office located at the Dubois County Courthouse is normally open till 4 pm however they will have special hours today and remain open till 5 pm this afternoon. In regards to the fall installment, because of the Veterans Day holiday being observed on Nov. 10 and the Courthouse being closed that day, the second installment due date has been extended to Monday, Nov. 13th.
