The Jasper Police Department responded to Memorial Hospital in reference to a complaint about a female subject that was acting strange and was entering restricted areas of the hospital. Upon officers arrival, officers met with security and made contact with Peggy Stoll.

Stoll refused to speak with officers and refused to identify herself. Officers spoke with the hospital staff who advised that she had entered restricted areas and had put on hospital scrubs. They further advised that she had entered several rooms and was pressing buttons and scaring staff. She was taken int custody for conversion for the hospital clothing and failing to identify herself.

She was taken to the Jasper Police Department. While there, she continued to resist officers and damaged a metal grate in the holding cell. She was taken to the Security Center where she was booked and housed.
