Officials with the Jasper Street Department say due to a scheduling change, they along with its contractor CalCar Paving, will begin milling asphalt off of several city streets beginning tomorrow morning.

The department says beginning at 7 am a 500 foot stretch of Meridian Road both North & South of State Road 164 will be milled.

Also set to be milled tomorrow is Main Street from 3rd to 5th Street as well as West 4th Street from Clay to St John’s Street

Now these streets will not be closed during this process, however traffic will be disrupted & there will be delays.

The street department that you possibly find an alternate route.

This process will take place barring inclement weather of any other unforeseen events.
