A Jasper man was placed under arrest on Wednesday after being wanted for multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants. 24-year old Jacob Hundley was known to Jasper Police as to be wanted on outstanding warrants, Wednesday a law enforcement officer observed Hundley sitting in a vehicle at the Circle A gas station.

The officer attempted to make contact with Hundley, was eventually caught and placed into custody. While placing him in custody, Hundley was found to be in possession of Methaphetamine and Paraphernalia.

Police also reported that Hundley was belligerent and disorderly on scene. Hundley was placed in a police vehicle, as the officer was walking around to get in, Hundley removed his seat belt and attempted to get out the of the vehicle.

Hundley’s belligerent and disorderly behavior continued at the jail as he resisting and refusing to comply with jail staff.  Hundley was wanted on warrants for Intimidation, Criminal Recklessness, Reckless Driving, 2nd Petition to Revoke Work Release and Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana.
