The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a  Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for Dubois County in south central Indiana until 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday.

At 725 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding on several county roads.  Some locations that may experience minor flooding include: areas with poor drainage in Jasper, Huntingburg, Ferdinand, Holland, Birdseye, Celestine, and Bretzville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.
