Will Read and Sing For Food will perform a public benefit show for the Dubois County Humane Society tonight at Hedinger Beverage Distributing in Jasper.

Musicians Debbie Schuetter, Kyle Lueken and Marc Steczyk alone with humor writers Trina Severson and Scott Saalman will take the stage beginning at 7 pm.

Jeff Seng, winner of a past Will Read and Sing For Food Choose a Charity drawing, selected the humane society as the recipient of donations received from the group’s 137th show.

Free beverages and snacks are available.

Since this is an outdoor show, bring lawn chairs. The show will move indoors if weather conditions are not favorable.

Will Read and Sing For Food has raised $5,770 to the humane society over the course of several shows. To date, they has collected over $141,000 for 40-some charities and causes, mainly in Dubois County.

Admission is $10 donation per person. There also are two VIP table options — two umbrella tables that seat four people each on the patio for $20 per person.

Facebook Message Hedinger Beverage Distributing Company to reserve the VIP seating.

Sponsors for show 137 include Joe and Libbie Dedman (in honor of the employees of German American Insurance’s Jasper Office), Tim and Carla Moman, Pat and M.J. Saalman, Pat and Jim Thyen, Seufert Construction and Tim Flick of Fueled Strength Meals.
