Kathleen A. “Kathi” Leonard, age 61 of Birmingham, AL, formerly of Jasper, passed away at 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at home.
Kathi was born on October 5, 1957 in Jasper, Indiana to Dennis M. and Alice C. (Rowekamp) Theising. She married Jack G. Leonard on April 4, 1981 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper.
She was a bank teller at Regions Bank in Birmingham, AL.
She was a member of St Marks Catholic Church.
She enjoyed shopping, spoiling her grandchildren, traveling to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving is her husband, Jack G. Leonard of Birmingham, one daughter, Ashley Stoelb (Tristan), Vincennes, one son, Chad Leonard (Krystle), Montgomery, IN, five grandchildren, Elle, Hayden, and Chattem Stoelb, and Evelyn and Stella Leonard, two brothers, Steve Theising (Angie), Evansville, IN, and Jeff Theising (Glenda), Jasper, IN.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Kathleen A. “Kathi” Leonard will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 8::00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, IN.
