Sandra C. “Sandie” Heatherington, age 73, of Siberia, Indiana, passed away at 9:56 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019, at her residence.
She was born July 26, 1946, in Reed City, Michigan, to Howard and Katherine Margaret (McCarthy) Critchfield; and was united in marriage to Edward H. Heatherington onDecember 26, 1986, at Anderson Valley Christian Church in Birdseye. Sandie was a homemaker and member of Redemption Christian Church in Jasper. She loved gardening, animals and cooking. Sandie was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Scott H. Critchfield.
She is survived by her husband, Edward H. “Ed” Heatherington of Siberia, Indiana.
Funeral services for Sandra C. Heatherington will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Kellems Cemetery in Birdseye, Indiana. Pastor Darrel Land will officiate at the service.
