Vincennes Police Chief Dusty Lucking has been placed on administrative, according to the Vincennes Mayor’s Office.

This comes after the FBI executed a document search warrant at the Vincennes Police Department yesterday.

Chief Lucking says he and the police department will fully cooperate with the FBI’s Inquiries.

The Mayor’s office says Chief Lucking will remain on administrative leave until the FBI investigated is complete.

During the chief’s absence, Assistant Police Chief Terry Johnson will handle the daily operations of the VPD.
