A Fairland woman is in custody after a domestic incident resulting in bodily injury on Tuesday afternoon.

Police allege one of the individuals involved, identified as 59-year-old Ronda L. Phillips was confrontational with EMTs and police.

Phillips refused treatment at the scene. When getting placed into custody, she tried resisting arrest.

Phillips was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on preliminary misdemeanor counts of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
