Tuesday was a historic day for the Patoka Lake Regional Water and Sewer District.

Water officials and members of the public got together at the Ferdinand Community Center yesterday afternoon to celebrate that district’s 45th anniversary and the completion of a recent history project.

A few officials including former Indiana Speaker of the House, Mike Phillips, and local author David Dahl gave a few remarks about the district.

Along with these remarks, Dahl talked about his new book, “Those Kids Deserve Water Too.”

If you would like to get a copy of the book, you can find it on Amazon.
