A French Lick man arrested for burglaries and ATV thefts in the northeast part of the county last month is facing additional drug charges.

36-year-old Curtis Rodgers was arrested for Level 6 Felony Theft on September 20th at Tucker Lake, after officials recovered several stolen items at the scene.

While investigating, officials also charged Rodgers with Level 4 Felony dealing methamphetamine and a Level 5 Felony count of operating a motor after forfeiture of license for life.

According to court records, these new charges are related to an incident that allegedly happened on April 4th in Dubois County.

Rodgers made an initial court appearance on Thursday. He was appointed counsel, and bond was set at $5,000. His next court appearance is November 21st.
