The Jasper Street Department starts its street-side Bulk Leaf Collection on Monday, November 4th.
All leaves must be raked to the curb or sidewalk, not in the curb, and no later than 7 am.
No twigs, trash, rocks, or other debris are allowed because it would damage the department’s vacuum machines.
There is no set day for when leaves will be collected.
Collection workers will make rounds on a daily basis.
