The name of the man killed in a Spencer County car crash is released.
The Spencer County Coroner’s Office says 26-year-old Russell Pennington of Dale died after leaving the road at the intersection of State Road 245 and County Road 1200 early Sunday morning.
After hitting an electrical pole, his vehicle flipped over, ejecting him.
Toxicology results are still pending.
Death notifications have been made.
