A fatal car accident took place Thursday night in Dale.
Thursday night, a motor-scooter and a vehicle collided on Main Street in Dale, close to where the new Dollar General is being built.
Spencer County Dispatch has confirmed that Indiana State Police is reconstructing the scene.
