A Jasper man is facing charges after a late-night traffic stop.

The Jasper Police Department pulled over 49-year-old Juan de la Rosa in the 1100 block of east 15th street for driving left of center multiple times, starting in the 1000 Block of North Meridian Road around 10:16 Friday night.

Police transported Rosa to JPD for a certified breath test. His blood alcohol content level tested .151.

Rosa was arrested and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center and charged with OWI (.15 or greater), OWI (Endangerment), and Operating without a License.
