A Perry County man is facing Child Sexual Exploitation Charges.

Police arrested 23-year-old Bo D. Noble while executing a search warrant at a Hazard, Kentucky residence on November 21st.

Noble was taken into custody as part of an undercover Indiana Crimes Against Children Investigation.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch began investigating Noble after learning he was communicating and exchanging images with a female juvenile.

The equipment Noble used to commit the crime was taken to the KSP forensic laboratory to be examined.

Noble was lodged the Kentucky River Regional Jail and charged with one count of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance in the 1st degree, and once count of prohibited use of electronic communication to procure a minor in the 1st degree.
