An Indiana State Trooper is resigning after more charges were filed.

44-year-old Jeremy Galloway resigned while in the Perry County Jail.

Galloway was arrested on Tuesday for arson and insurance fraud.

He is now facing additional animal cruelty charges.

Reports say two dogs were killed in the fires.

A GoFundMe page was set up for Galloway shortly after the fire.

We’re told those who donated have been refunded.
