Many hospitals and medical facilities statewide are running low on Personal Protective Equipment (or PPE) supplies.

To help with this shortage, the Dubois County Health Department is accepting donations of homemade face masks, and other PPE, including surgical face masks, N95 face masks, surgical gloves, medical face shields, and exam gloves.

Full boxes of supplies are preferable, but partial boxes or individual donations are acceptable as long as the supplies are clean and unused.

A drop box for donations is located inside the double doors of the health department Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
