An Elberfield man is facing drug charges after reports of suspicious activity.

The Jasper Police Department responded to reports of suspicious activity behind Big Lots in Jasper around 1:55 Saturday morning.

When arriving on the scene, police say 38-year-old Zackary Wilson was in possession of a blue-colored BMW that did not belong to him.

While executing a search warrant, police report finding drug paraphernalia and two hypodermic needles inside the vehicle.

Wilson was lodged into the Dubois County Security Center and charged with Possession of Hypodermic Needles and Paraphernalia.
