A standoff in Rockport that lasted several hours as ended peacefully.
According to Indiana State Police Sergeant David Henderson, a subject that refused to leave his Spencer County residence has exited and surrendered to the police, ending a standoff that started at around 12:30 am Wednesday.
No word on what caused the standoff.
