A Jasper man is facing felony charges after battering a man on Village Court in Jasper Wednesday afternoon.

Police found a man bleeding from the head when arriving on the scene.

21-year-old Ruben Segundo Morales Cruz allegedly hit the man in the head, causing injury.

Cruz was booked into the Dubois County Security Center and charged domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
