If you live in Perry County, you may need to change the way you mow your grass.

Perry County Commissioners recently approved a new rule that bans grass clipping and other debris from entering the road.

Although this typically isn’t an issue for vehicles with four wheels, it can be hazardous for those on two wheels.

For bikers, grass clippings can be as slick as ice and can cause serious accidents.

If grass or other debris is blown into the road, police officers will educate the mower on this new rule.

Repeat offenders will be fined.
