The armed man fatally shot by the FBI outside the CIA Headquarters in Virginia was from Dubois County.

Reports say that Roy Gordon Cole was shot by an FBI special agent on Monday after he emerged from his vehicle with a weapon outside the facility.

Cole was transported to a hospital and later died from his injuries.

Dubois County Sheriff, Tom Kleinhelter, says Cole had no criminal history in Dubois County.
