A man is facing jail time after being arrested in Perry County late last week.
The man, Louis E. Mullin, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant for rape in Rockport on Friday.
Indiana State Police say the arrest comes after the Tell City Police Department finished an investigation for rape and sexual misconduct with a minor.
