The Dubois County Emergency Management Agency is asking for storm damage reports.

Dubois County residents who sustained damage caused by the severe weather that impacted northern Dubois County on August 30th, are asked to report damage online at in211.commnityos.org/idhs-damage-assessment, or by calling 211.

This information is being collected to help Emergency Management assess damage to the county to see if there is a need for additional resources.

This is not an application for any assistance program.
