A Jasper teenager is behind bars after threatening a juvenile.
The Jasper Police was notified of a male subject who had been sending threatening messages to a juvenile on Sunday.
After further investigation, the male subject was identified as 18-year-old Joel S. Breeding.
Breeding was charged with intimidation and harassment and lodged into the Dubois County Security Center.
