Yesterday evening the Jasper Police Department received a call about a reckless driver who had driven all over the roadway and almost hit another vehicle.

The caller had followed the driver to a residence on West 6th Street.

Officers arrived at the scene and upon investigation they determined that 29-year-old, Luis Guzman Dominguez was the reckless driver.

Guzman Dominguez was given a chemical test and tested over the legal limit.

Guzman Dominguez was booked into the Dubois County Security Center and is facing charges of Driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with a concentration of .15 or more, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated in a manner that endangers a person.
