The American Legion Post 147 in Jasper is also hosting a free dinner for all local veterans and spouses or friends on November 11th.
It takes place at the American Legion Post Home at 1220 Newton Street in Jasper. Serving begins at 4:30 pm until 6 pm. Please enter off of Newton Street.
The meal consists of Ham & Beans, German Fries, Cornbread, and desserts. The desserts will be provided by the American Legion Auxiliary. Coffee, water, and tea will complete the meal.
A handicap elevator is available for those in need.
