A Jasper man was arrested yesterday evening on domestic battery charges.
Officers were dispatched to the address of 402 Plymouth ST. at around 8 pm yesterday night in reference to a physical domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, the male subject identified as 38-year-old Jeffery Clark was uncooperative with officers and became verbally abusive.
During the investigation, officers determined that the male battered the female by bodily waste.
Clark was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center and charged with Domestic Battery, Intimidation, and Disorderly conduct.
