Due to Jasper Downtown Revitalization construction going on the County Election Board met on September 14, 2022; and moved early voting that is normally held at the Courthouse Annex to the 35th Str. Fire Station in Jasper.

The same hours that were offered at the Courthouse Annex will be offered at the 35th Str. Fire Station. Additionally, the week prior to election day voting will be open until 6 pm at the 35th Str. Fire Station.

It is worth mentioning that the Courthouse and businesses around the square are still open and ready for business.  However, after much discussion, the County Election Board thought it was best to keep everyone safe and direct voter traffic away from the square.

The 35th Str. Fire Station is super convenient, located just one block off US Hwy 231, there is great parking, and it is easy to get in and out of the building.  Jasper Fire Department has been a great partner for us in the past and again willing to help us out in this situation.

Early Voting will begin 10/12 at the 35th Str. Fire Station.  Additionally, any Dubois County voter may cast their ballot at any open polling site, whether in early voting or on Election Day.

Voters can go to www.indianavoters.com for more information.
