In the early hours of February 25, at approximately 03:21 AM, first responders rushed to an establishment in Washington following reports of a stabbing incident involving a male victim. Upon reaching the scene, officers discovered that an altercation had preceded the stabbing and that individuals believed to be involved had fled.

The victim was promptly transported to the hospital for urgent medical attention. Subsequently, a thorough investigation ensued, involving numerous interviews and searches of residences in the area.

As a result of these efforts, authorities have apprehended 25-year-old Marcson Edouard, who faces charges including attempted murder, battery by means of a deadly weapon, and battery resulting in serious bodily injury. Additionally, 23-year-old Kelvin Pasley Jr. has been arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
