Early Sunday evening a fatal accident occurred on I-64 in Spencer County just east of the 65.5-mile marker. According to police, this was a single-vehicle accident that contained three people inside the vehicle.
The victim has been identified as 66-year-old Neal Vaughn. The other two occupants were transported to Memorial Hospital and their condition is unknown at this time.
This accident remains under investigation.
