The Mustering Elm Park in Trinity Springs received a $3,988 grant from the Carter Lee Kerns Memorial Fund. This is a donor-advised fund established with the Martin Co. Community Foundation by Terry (Ed) and Alyssa Kerns in memory of their son Carter.

With this type of fund, the donors can make a recommendation to the MCCF for where the yearly grant is to be distributed. This year, Ed and Alyssa wanted to help Mustering Elm Park with their improvement efforts to enhance the park experience for children.
