Around 10:30 PM last night, the Perry County Sheriff’s Office made a post on their Facebook page reporting there had been a shooting at Rainbow Lake in Derby.
The post stated Perry County Sheriff’s Deputies along with US Forest Service Official’s and the Indiana State Police were on the scene at the time, potential suspects had been detained, and there was no current threat to the public.
The investigation is ongoing and we will release updates if more information becomes available.
