At approximately 2:00 am on Sunday, Spencer County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to an incident on River Road near the Blue Bridge involving an altercation that resulted in a shooting.
A known male juvenile has been identified as the perpetrator.
The victim has been transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Detectives with Indiana State Police and Spencer County Sheriff’s Office are investigating as this is still an active investigation.
