Zack Leigh-Pilecki, a 24-year-old from Jasper, Indiana, is currently facing a challenging battle with stage 4 testicular cancer. After being transferred through three hospitals, Zack is now receiving treatment at IU Hospital in Indianapolis. His condition has been severe, with a tumor found attached to his aorta, causing unstable heart rate and blood pressure.

Initially diagnosed with systemic metastatic testicular cancer, Zack recently underwent surgery to remove a tumor from his brain. Despite the excellent care he’s receiving, the financial burden remains overwhelming. The family is facing significant costs, including travel expenses to and from treatment centers. Zack will begin his second round of chemotherapy at Lange-Fuchs in Jasper before returning to IU for the remainder of his treatment and a stem cell transplant. The travel to IU Hospital, 3.5 hours away, will add to the financial strain.

To support Zack through this fight, a GoFundMe page has been set up. The campaign has raised $2,800 of its $5,000 goal so far. Contributions or sharing the GoFundMe page would be greatly appreciated to help cover medical and travel expenses during this challenging time.

For those looking to help, donations can be made through the GoFundMe page, which can be found at https://www.gofundme.com/f/zacks-fight-against-cancer.
