The Dubois County Health Department is introducing a new program aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles for families with children aged 7-17. The GOAL (Get Onboard Active Living) Family Program is a free health education and coaching initiative that offers a unique opportunity for families to learn about balanced eating, physical activity, and healthy habits together. The program will run every Tuesday night from September 24 to November 19, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Dubois County Health Department in Jasper, Indiana.

The weekly sessions will include group discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and various activities designed to engage both children and adults. Parents or guardians must attend each session with their children, and childcare will be available for younger siblings under 7.

Registration is required by September 23. For more information or to sign up, contact Mary Puckett, the Local Program Coordinator, at the Dubois County Health Department via email at mrpuckett@duboiscountyin.org or by phone at 812-481-7050.
