Indiana’s Next Level Jobs program is now accepting applications for the Employer Training Grant, aimed at helping businesses fill critical roles in six priority sectors. The grant offers reimbursement of up to $5,000 per employee trained, hired, and retained for six months, with a maximum of $50,000 available per employer.

This initiative supports businesses in addressing workforce needs and filling in-demand positions, contributing to Indiana’s effort to fill over one million jobs expected in the state over the next decade.
