Adam Klem, M.D. was recently appointed to the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. He will join Drs. Dean Beckman, Joseph Munning, Katherine Gehlhausen, and Nurse Practitioner Jesse Wintergerst at Jasper Primary Care Physicians.
Dr. Klem received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency Program in Indianapolis.
