Perry County Memorial Hospital has announced its most recent DAISY AWARD Honoree: Haley Kauffman.

Haley has been part of the Perry County Memorial team since 2015 and currently works for the Tell City Clinic as their Quality Nurse.

The Tell City Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM CST and is located on Highway 66 in Tell City.
