Perry County Memorial Hospital has announced its most recent DAISY AWARD Honoree: Haley Kauffman.
Haley has been part of the Perry County Memorial team since 2015 and currently works for the Tell City Clinic as their Quality Nurse.
The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses every day. Perry County Memorial Hospital is proud to be a DAISY Award Partner, recognizing their nurses with this special honor each quarter. The Tell City Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM CST and is located on Highway 66 in Tell City.
