The Jasper Street Department along with contractor Calcar Paving will be resurfacing 400 West from south of Brescher Drive to 3500 feet north of Division Road on Thursday, September 5th starting at 7:00am. The resurfacing should be completed in one day. Motorists may use 150 North and 350 West to detour around the construction work zone.
